The world cannot be evangelised all in one go. In fact it is not possible to convert a whole community of any size all at once. St Thomas Aquinas said “To convert somebody go and take them by the hand and guide them.”
This asserts that evangelisation has to take place one soul at a time. Therefore it follows that every single person of faith can evangelise. In fact this is your baptismal mission.
So, ensure that YOU are evangelised (not just sacramentalised) first, then take someone else by the hand and bring them to faith, one small step at a time. If every Catholic does this just once during the Year of Faith, this time next year the number of Catholics in the world will have doubled. This simple first step does not require great training, or a synod of bishops, just ordinary men and women of faith.
Be bold, be men and women of courage and just do it!
